The week starting tomorrow should be the one in which Siena FC will announce other contract renewals and probably the first new signings. But not only. In fact, the managers of the youth sector (which will be directed by Pierangioli and Voria) and the assistant coach of the first team who will take the place left vacant by Voria himself are still to be made official. There is no lack of time if it is true that the team will begin preparation in the second half of July to be ready for the first match of the 24/25 year in the Italian Cup category on Sunday 25 August with the preliminary round. Seven days later, however, actual hostilities are expected to begin. The feelings about the squad that will be set up are positive. The confirmations of elements that had made the difference in Eccellenza are a discreet viaticum for the construction of a team that can battle for the top places. Serie D is a very complicated championship where only one wins and the playoffs almost always have almost no value. As an ambitious newly promoted team, Siena FC should try to be ready enough to compete at the top against teams like Livorno and Grosseto who have been trying to rise to the professional ranks for years without luck. Returning to the announcements, there should soon be the renewals of two unders from last season, namely Hagbe and Morosi, both born in 2004 and therefore usable as young players.
