Tub Milano, Nordio: “An innovation and an achievement”

“An innovation and an achievement”. So the Minister of Justice, Carlo Nordio, at the conference preceding the inauguration of the third central division of the Unified Patent Court, held today in Milan, at the Great Hall of the Palace of Justice of the Lombard capital.
The skills of the Milanese headquarters of the Tub will be: pharmaceutical (except for patents with complementary protection certificates), agri-food, phytosanitary, fashion (clothing and footwear).
The Keeper of the Seals, during his speech, underlined the commitment that has allowed to obtain, after the local section already operational for a year, also the Third Central Division (in addition to Paris and Munich)after London’s exit from the EU: “It was hard work, which places Italy among the absolute protagonists in this very delicate field”. Il result achieved – Nordio specified – was the the result of “an absolute concordance of intent and organization, between the judiciary, local authorities and the Government, we have created a system”.
