A series of services, such as a manager for each course of study, personalized tutoring, career guidance, psychological support, together with the constant monitoring of careers and the assistance offered by teachers and staff, ensures that at Unife people graduate earlier: the 74.4% of those enrolled in three-year courses finish the current university compared to a national average of 61.3%. The effectiveness of the actions undertaken is also demonstrated by the employment results of our graduates, which are higher than the national average: one year after degree works 77.1% against a national average of 74.1%, and 81.4% of those with a two-year master’s degree, compared to a national average of 75.7%. New for the upcoming academic year is ‘BE.IN.UNIFE’, WELL-BEING and INCLUSION at the University of FErrara: an innovative program aimed at all freshmen, to support entry into the university world with lessons dedicated to the study method. The aim is to encourage the integration of new students, improving the experience. Services and innovation, but also a study experience in a campus city: with its prestigious historical locations and its most modern structures, Unife blends perfectly with the city. Students can reach the various university campuses in a very short time, even by bicycle, as well as the numerous sports areas, in particular those of the University Sports Center (CUS) and the urban green spaces, such as that of the 9 kilometers of Renaissance walls that surround the historic center, a UNESCO heritage site.
