For this and for a whole series of oppressive and mistreatment behaviors, a 47-year-old lawyer from Rimini was sent to trial by the investigating judge Raffaele Deflorio. Defended by the lawyer Veronica Magnani, he will be tried starting next September 12th. The police investigations coordinated by the deputy prosecutor Davide Ercolani have brought to light a series of harassing acts, threats and physical attacks which lasted for at least three years and were committed by the professional even in front of his younger daughter. According to the investigating judge, who sent the lawyer to trial, the professional constantly had humiliated attitudes towards his wife, including those of an economic nature, threatening to take away her daughter, her house and her livelihood. He tells her to buy another house, to move away and support herself. On one occasion, when his wife returned home she found her bags packed and placed on the front door. When the woman refused to leave her marital home, her 47-year-old had slapped her.
