Circumstances which then resulted in the ruling of the Covisoc regarding the failure of US Ancona to register in the Lega Pro championship. “This operation – writes Tiong lightly to the FIGC regarding the transfer of the club – is aimed at allowing business and sporting continuity through the turnover with the new ownership which, in accordance with its manifestations of intent, will provide Us Ancona srl with the managerial and financial capabilities for the purpose of conservation of the sporting heritage of the same, of the possibility of registration in the D series and in particular of the continuity of the relevant youth sector, of the historical identity of Us Ancona srl, as well as of the best interests of the community and of the fans themselves without need ‘ to appeal to the procedure pursuant to art. 52, c. 10, Noif”. Once the notarial deeds have been formalized, “the change of both ownership and management” will be communicated.
