The Province of Avellino and the Guardia di Finanza signed the memorandum of understanding on procurement in Irpinia on 28 June at ANCE. The agreement involves the Association of Builders and the professional associations, which undertake to follow the “indications for contracting authorities and economic operators on the Public Contracts Code”. This is also the title of the seminar, promoted by Ance and the Province of Avellino to illustrate the contents of the agreement, which will be signed at the end of the in-depth day.
