A year later, the Nerazzurri club must once again deal with the Correa problem
The hope was that a one-year loan in France would revitalize the player. Instead, Inter must resolve the issue of Joaquin Correa in this transfer session. The Argentine is not part of the Viale della Liberazione club’s plans and the managers are working to find a solution. As underlined by the Gazzetta dello Sport, Inter have already informed the player of the need to find a new team because the market for the future Nerazzurri striker passes through Tucu.
“The plan to get Gudmundsson has a much higher specific weight for the present and the future than Sanchez. Another difference is the expiry of Tucu’s contract, set for 2025. A year ago Inter were trying to cash in also to avoid generating an excessive capital loss. Now the Argentine’s contract is expiring, so the value of the card is very low, so much so that River Plate would like to take him for free knowing that the Nerazzurri would already be satisfied with saving a rather heavy salary”.
