In Riviera del Garda, within the charming Grand Hotel Fasano, the elegant terrace of the restaurant The Pheasant, a Michelin star, offers a suggestive panoramic view. The restaurant is led by executive chef Maurizio Bufi, who has become an important point of reference for Garda catering. The chef offers Mediterranean, ethical and conscious cuisine, which enhances the raw materials using them only in their moment of maximum expression. Among his signature dishes we find risotto, lemon, burrata and liquorice, with Garda lemon and Apulian burrata; and the Cartellata of pike, smoked potato, capers and olives, a savory reinterpretation of the well-known southern dessert.

The gastronomic offer offers three types of tasting menus: “Territory to Discover”, a menu that is a sensorial journey through the scents, colors and flavors of the Baldo woods and Lake Garda; “The Mediterranean Dream”, a gastronomic journey that pays homage to Mediterranean cuisine, with fish-based dishes that are as elegant as they are delicate on the palate; and finally “Cruditè Mon Amour”, a culinary proposal designed for lovers of raw fish.
