ANCONA – This morning, June 24, the police commissioner of Ancona Cesare Capocasa issued against the three subjects reported prevention measures Mandatory Street Sheet. The three, all aged between 35 and 45, originally from Moldova and not resident in the Doric capital, had specific precedents for profit-genetic crimes, in particular they had become protagonists of other thefts perpetrated against other subjects. In consideration of their marked social danger, their conduct characterized by the commission of crimes for profit and in relation to the fact that they had no interest in the territory of the Municipality, the Police Commissioner signed and issued the measures against them with which he ordered each of them to immediately leave the territory of the Doric capital, imposing a ban on them returning for a period of three years, warning them that violation of the measure entails imprisonment from six to eighteen months and a fine of up to 10,000 euros.

The facts
Late yesterday morning, the Flying Squads intervenedn the Baraccola area as the presence of three subjects had been reported, who were tinkering with a road tractorWith the purpose of remove the fuel from the tank of the means to transfer it, into the tank or another container of a car parked in the immediate vicinity.
The policemen who immediately arrived on the scene noticed the three men in the distance at the end of a road, two near the tractor and another inside the passenger compartment of a car,
Without being noticed they caught them in the act. The officers therefore noted the presence of a man on the ground between the two men near the tractor plastic tube of approximately 2.50 cm, with a metal pump inserted at one end “transfer pump” still dripping with diesel, used to transfer the fuel into a 25 liter can. The pump was ready to be loaded into the trunk of the car where others were lined up 5 full cans of diesel. Furthermore, the tractor’s fuel cap was open and smeared with an oily substance.
Upon initial inspection, the three appeared to be residents of the province: one Italian, but of Moldovan origin, from 35 years, with police prejudice for property crimes; the other two of Moldovan citizenship, respectively 47 years old, in regular position in Italy and 44 years oldwith previous criminal convictions against assets and the prevention measure of the Oral Notice issued by the Police Headquarters of Ancona in 2018.
Regarding what was ascertained, the 44-year-old, with a regular car rental contract from a company in Bolzano, reported to the agents that shortly before he had met the Italian citizen in a commercial business in that area, who had offered him diesel from his vehicle in exchange for financial compensation, a proposal he accepted.
The tractor appeared to be rented to a transport company in Rome for which the Italian citizen carried out the task of professional driver with a regular contract.
The vehicles and diesel cans were seized and made available to the Judicial Authority. The legal representative of the transport company was informed of the criminal activity, and on the same day, in his place of residence, he filed a formal complaint.
