Amtab has set up extra bus connections to reach the San Nicola stadium in Bari for the 4 dates of Vasco Rossi’s concerts scheduled for June 25th, 26th, 29th and 30th.
An extraordinary enhancement of the service to and from the San Nicola stadium will be activated to support mobility with connections between Piazza Aldo Moro (Central Station) and via Vernola (S. Nicola Stadium).
The service will be carried out as follows: 25, 26, 29 and 30 June 2024, shuttle bus in service from 3.20 pm (first departure) to 2.00 am (last departure):
From 3.20pm to 8.00pm frequency 20 minutes (3 12 meter buses);
From 8.00pm to 12.00am frequency 60 minutes (1 12 meter bus);
From 12.00 am to 2.00 am frequency every 10 minutes (6 12 meter buses);
The shuttle route will be as follows:
Outward journey: piazza Moro (terminus), via Crisanzio, via Q.no Sella, subvia Q.no Sella, viale Ennio, piazza G.lio Cesare, viale O. Flacco, Ponte Solarino, take the new connecting road on the left at the roundabout, they will turn right onto via Cotugno, via Gen. Bellomo, SS. 271, Stadio S. Nicola exit, roundabout on the right onto via Ludwig, south roundabout on the right onto via Nicola Vernola (terminus) where on the right side in the direction of travel, carriageway between Largo P. Lombardi (Rondò Sud) and the G ring road Rossi, the Local Police has reserved a parking area for Amtab buses.
Return: via Nicola Vernola (terminus), Giuseppe Rossi junction, viale Donato Menichella, via Giulio Petroni, Q.no Sella subway, Corso Italia, Piazza Moro; piazza Moro (terminus), via de Cesare, piazza Umberto, via Andreada Bari, via Piccinni, via Cairoli, piazza Massari, corso Vittorio Veneto, Starita seafront, via Adriatico, U-turn at the roundabout, via Adriatico, Starita seafront, piazzale Triggiani (terminus);
The bus will not make intermediate stops: to use the service the user must have a regular travel ticket. The Amtab also highlights that the S. Nicola stadium can be reached using the service offered by the ordinary line 20 departing from the Piazza Moro terminus (Central Station) with first departure from Piazza Moro at 06:10 and last departure from Adria Park at 10.25pm.
