If necessary, to complete the squad, the following rankings will be taken into account: first of all is Virtus Matino, relegated to Promotion in the playouts after finishing eighth in the regular season.
- POL.D. VIRTUS MATINO Loser Play-out – Group B (8th place in the standings) at the end of the championship
- ASD SAN MARCO Play-out loser – Group A (9th place in the standings) at the end of the championship
- AC REAL SITI Loser Play-out – Group A (10th place in the standings) at the end of the championship – 34 points
- ASDATOMA MAGLIE Play-out loser – Group B (10th place in the standings) at the end of the championship club not participating in the Play-out due to a gap equal to or greater than 7 points – 21 points-
- ASD TAURISANO 1939 is the club, among the two winners of the Play-Offs (group A and group B), with the highest number of points in the standings at the end of the 2023/2024 championship. Priority will be given to the teams classified in 1st place with the same score
