06/22/2024 – An afternoon that seemed normal turned into tragedy yesterday in Miralfiore park. A young man, intent on walking along the paths of the forest, made a macabre discovery: the body of a lifeless man, lying among the undergrowth.
The young man immediately raised the alarm, attracting the attention of the police and 118. Having quickly arrived on site, the medics desperately tried to resuscitate the man, but every effort was in vain. The man had recently died, according to the doctors’ initial assessments, but the causes of death still remain to be ascertained.
Preliminary police investigations led to the identification of the deceased. The victim, a 44-year-old, was already known to the police for previous drug addiction problems, an element that casts a disturbing shadow on the matter. In fact, the area of the discovery is often monitored due to illicit activities linked to drug dealing.
Despite the circumstances, an initial examination of the scene revealed no traces of narcotics or signs of violence on the man’s body. This fact raises further questions about the actual cause of death. To clarify, an autopsy has been ordered which could provide crucial details.
