The “veteran” companies of the Cremona industrial association were rewarded

Recognitions for association membership in Industrial Association in Cremona

During the Private Assembly of the Industrial Association of Cremona, Wednesday 19 June, 31 local companies, of different sectors, sizes and areas, had the opportunity to celebrate their long-lasting membership of the Confindustria System. In particular, companies that have been members of the Industrial Association of the Province of Cremona for 50, 60 and 70 years were awarded with an award. A significant moment for the system as well as for the businesses and entrepreneurs who have believed in it for a long time and made their contribution. The plaque was delivered by Stefano Allegri, President, and Serena Ruggeri, Deputy Vice President with responsibility for Association Marketing.

Stefano Allegri, President of the Industrial Association of the Province of Cremona: ‘Ours is a territory that for too long has remained far from the focus of regional and national reforms, interventions and investments, which have made a leap forward more difficult. We firmly maintain that here there are conditions of excellence, solid companies that with a spirit of innovation and resourcefulness make our territory strong; all this could project us into positions of competitiveness equal to other Provinces. We have never held back, the Industrial Association has always been the spokesperson for improvement actions by providing useful content for local actions, for the valorisation of the territory and the characteristics that distinguish it, defining a common strategy to follow and a unity of intent that lead to the definition of a future vision. Without our companies and our entrepreneurs none of this would be possible: for me it is a great honor to reward colleagues who have ‘always’ believed in our ‘Associative World’.’

THE COMPANIES AWARDED FOR 50 YEARS OF MEMBERSHIP

Serena RuggeriDeputy Vice President with delegation to Associative Marketing: ‘The System confirms itself as such precisely because it is strong in its history of belonging, in a bond that is created between and with the companies that are its essential component. The more companies recognize themselves in this representation project, the stronger our voice will be in pursuing requests and proposals to improve the country. It is a great satisfaction to be able to reward these companies today. I remember that in 2025 the Association will celebrate 80 years of history: a journey from post-war reconstruction to the current challenges of a constantly evolving world; this evening we want to start by recognizing companies that have crossed paths with that of the Association’.
