Viterbo – “Church of Peace, problems solved, on 20, 21 and 22 June the capacity tests will return in view of the transport of Dies Natalis, the new Santa Rosa machine”. Massimo Mecarini, president of the porters association.
“Even before the transport on 3 September – underlines Mecarini – the test of the pylon from Piazza del Comune to Piazza del Teatro is scheduled for 7 July”.

A few weeks ago the church of Peace in Piazza Luigi Concetti in Viterbo, the historic site of porters and load tests, was cordoned off by the municipality due to the fall of some rubble.
“The technicians of the municipal administration – explains Mecarini – checked the usability inside the church and ordered the company in charge of the works to put a valance to protect the outside. Which ensures the full availability of the church for flow tests.”

The tests will therefore take place from 20th to 22nd June from 5pm to 8pm. “Aspiring porters – underlines Mecarini – will have the dates of 21st and 22nd available, while actual porters will be able to participate every day. We don’t yet know how many porters we will take, we will only know once the training is complete. Anyone who wants to become a porter can also download the application forms on the site www.facchinidisantarosa.it”.
