When we talk about emotions we touch on a special topic, we talk about a pure and fascinating feeling.
But I want to talk about positive, not negative emotions, all those beautiful emotions, all those emotions you feel when faced with something immense, infinite, extraordinary.
How can you describe what you feel towards a person or if you are lying in a field of sunflowers looking at the sky?
How can I explain the feeling of lack, of desire, of immenseness, of infinity that one can feel?
If we don’t feel any kind of emotions then our soul is sick.
But how can I describe emotions?
Emotions are not seen
I am like the wind
that comes
Perceived
only from the slow movement of nature, emotions
we perceive them,
they only take shape
on our body,
we get excited and shine with a particular light.
If I had to describe emotions in verse I would write like this:
Emotions
little butterflies
that crowd our stomach
our mind
our heart
our soul
and they make us tremble
they take our breath away
they confuse us
they shock us
they overwhelm us
they overturn us
This is the magic of emotions
And like a lifeblood
the body comes to life
enters the veins
reaches the heart
The heart beats fast
gain strength
lights the flame
and the eyes
they become two dazzling headlights.
