“We have youth in our hearts” it is the love story of Pacifico and Ivana during the Resistance but it is also the story of the Resistance in the Bormida valley, between the provinces of Savona, Asti and Alessandria, through crude and sad episodes, with precise and focused historical references.
Two very hard years due to war, cold and hunger, years in which the desire for freedom and courage are the driving force of the protagonists of this novel. But it is above all the strength of love that guides Pacifico and Ivana until the end of the conflict.
