“We thank the Honourable Members of Parliament who have decided to support the requests put forward by FIMAA-Confcommercio, by presenting proposed amendments to the DL Casa that incorporate our requests” – says Santino Taverna, National President of the Italian Federation of Business Agents and Mediators, commenting on the file of amendments reported to the Environment Committee of the Chamber. “These are necessary and urgent measures that aim to facilitate the real estate sales sector and to guarantee greater protection for both buyers and sellers of a property” explains Taverna.
Among the most important proposals – which Deputy Vice President Maurizio Pezzetta had supported in a hearing on 19 June before the Environment Commission – are the amendments to promote the change of intended use of the properties and those to facilitate the real estate sales market, introducing simplification measures and intervening on the habitability of buildings, on declarations of conformity, on sanctions for minor discrepancies and on the nullity of sales deeds.

Fabrizio Rossi, Stefano Benvenuti Gostoli, Elisa Montemagni, Mauro Del Barba for the sensitivity they have shown towards our issues – comments Pezzetta – We hope that all the members of the Commission share the need for these interventions and that the proposed amendments are approved” underlines the Deputy Vice President, who also highlights the Federation’s disappointment for the inadmissibility of the amendment aimed at reintroducing the flat tax at 21% for properties other than those for residential use, a topic on which FIMAA continues to work with great attention.
