On Monday 17 June, the Antica Congrega Tre Colli di Catanzaro association met young teachers in economic subjects from all over Italy
The meeting took place as part of the study and training days that young teachers are attending in Catanzaro these days, through the Junior Teaching School, organized by the Italian Academy of Business Economics in collaboration with the DIGES – Department of Law , Economics and Sociology of the University of Catanzaro Magna Graecia.
Therefore, at the restaurant in the historic center “Vecchia Catanzaro”, accompanied by Prof. Rocco Reina – Professor of corporate organisation, as well as President of the UMG scientific committee for the School of teaching methodology of AIDEA of Catanzaro and of the Prof. Daniela Mancini – Professor of Business Economics at the University of Teramo, as well as delegate to the Methodology Schools of the Italian Academy of Business Economics, the young teachers were able to taste the Illustrious morzello and not only.
With the welcome of the members present, after the initial greetings of Prof. Rocco Reina, the latter also a member of the congregation, the President of the Antica Congrega Tre Colli Francesco Biancoin the ritual greetings, highlighted the importance of disseminating territorial specificities also in the gastronomic field, with the necessary and essential beneficial effects on each reference community.
All this, while representing a pleasant interlude during demanding days of scientific training. This was followed by a description with historical notes of the typical dish of Catanzaro cuisine, carried out by the association’s board member Salvatore Rotundo.
After dinner, interspersed with questions and curiosities posed by the young guests, the evening ended following a walk along the most representative alleys of the historic center, during which the young teachers were able to listen, with particular appreciation, to the detailed description on historical aspects of the city, provided to them by the congregation Mario MauroPresident of the Calabria Tourist Guides Association.
