In the early afternoon of Saturday, the State Police arrested a 16-year-old Tunisian with a police record who had escaped from a reception facility in Milan a few days ago for possession for the purposes of drug dealing, resistance to a public official. . Around 1.30pm on Saturday, a State Police car, during the daily control of the territory, more intensified in some urban areas (via Anzani, Ippocastano park and historic centre), passing through Piazza della Tessitrice proceeded to control the Tunisian who fled, getting rid of a pack of cigarettes that contained 40 grams of hashish.
Stopped shortly afterwards, the 16-year-old began insulting the police while trying to free himself to escape again. With no small effort the officers secured him inside the service car and accompanied him to the police station where, without documents, he was fully identified. Against him, in addition to the “alias” collected over time and the police records for drugs and property crimes, there was a report of voluntary removal from a reception center for unaccompanied minors in Milan.
On orders of the PM on duty of the Juvenile Court of Milan, the Tunisian was subjected to an examination at the S. Anna hospital which ascertained that he was a minor and subsequently arrested for resisting a public official and for detention for the purposes of drug dealing. He was finally taken to the CPA of the Beccaria prison in Milan.
