TREVISO – She is from Treviso and her name is Pamela Cesario Greggio, and she won the slot linked to the motivational social campaign #NonCiFermaNessuno, conceived and followed by Striscia la Notizia correspondent Luca Abete. A successful format that boasts the medal of the President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella and has been traveling around Italy for 10 years, meeting young people, stimulating confidence and courage.

It all comes from listening to their fears to give life to a discussion that fuels new awareness useful for restarting the race towards self-affirmation. The twinning with Miss World is an opportunity to talk to 120 girls about fears, fragilities and defeats useful for becoming winners!»
Pamela conquered everyone with her story which represents an inspiration for many young peers. A former volleyball player, she fought eating disorders which caused her to be severely overweight and a difficult period of mental distress. A fragility that suddenly emerged but did not affect her desire for rebirth. Having managed to reach the finals of Miss World Italy at the age of 26 is an important revenge for her.

Pamela Greggio is not the first Venetian to receive this recognition. In 2021, Deline Nkandu Lumana from Padua took home the same band. «I wear this sash with honor – underlined Pamela – representing the many courageous girls I met in this event. We all have potential. We should unite, help each other and start believing in ourselves more, because we have an inner strength that should only be brought out at the right time.”
