The wedding party between Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant, children of two multi-billionaire Indian dynasties, has captured attention in recent weeks for the lavishness of the events.
And last June 1st the maxi event was held in Portofino with more than 1000 guests, also with several VIPs on the pre-stage Ligurian cruise which had touched several cities, such as Palermo and Cannes.
And precisely in the French town and in the Genoese village, the White Cross of Savona took care of healthcare on board the ship via two ambulances and four soldiers.
“A piece of Savona was there to discreetly monitor the safety of the ship and its guests. It is a source of pride for us and for the city – says the soldier Rino Lupo – a big thank you goes to the services management who organized this thing with the agency that took care of the event and above all with the volunteers, 4, two in Cannes and two in Portofino, who spent 48 hours covering this service”.
Anant is the son of the Indian tycoon Mukesh Ambani, owner of Reliance Industries Limited which, according to Forbes, is worth 119 billion dollars and of Radhika Merchant, daughter of another great entrepreneur in the healthcare field.
The actual wedding will be celebrated on July 12th in India.
