MAD ATA TRENTO FOR SCHOOL ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER

With circular no. 430061 of 5 June 2024, the Autonomous Province of Trento communicates theopening of questions of MAD ATA for the 2024/2025 school year relating to the profile of school administrative manager (RAS).

Requests for RAS to be made available for fixed-term hires (out of ranking) in Trentino schools are managed via a computerized system. Through the latter, the ATA personnel MAD requests for school administrative managers are collected and the information is prepared lists of suitable candidates to be made available to schools in Trento to fill any vacant positions.

The use of the MAD for school administrative managers in Trento is regulated by the provisions contained in Resolution no. 829 dated 13 May 2022, modified by Resolution no. 1054 of 10 June 2022, and is permitted only after unsuccessful scrolling of the school ranking.

Schools can therefore resort to making ATA available to assign substitutes for ATA staff relating to the school year 2024/2025, in the professional profile of school administrative manager (RAS). These are, therefore, temporary hires.

WHO CAN APPLY

All applicants in possession of a valid qualification for access to the professional role of school administrative manager can present the provision of ATA Trento personnel for RAS not included in the current institute rankings of the professional profile of RAS of the Autonomous Province of Trento.

Aspirants must possess a master’s degree, specialist degree or old degree in legal, economic or social subjects among those indicated in Resolution no. 1054/2022, reported in this Table.

HOW TO APPLY

The application to be made available as a school administrative manager in Trento must be submitted electronically, via the specific online procedure accessible from this page, which will be active from 2.00 pm on 13 June 2024 to 2.00 pm on 21 June 2024.

To submit applications for ATA Trento to be made available for temporary substitutes in the professional profile of school administrative manager, it is necessary to access the system by authenticating using the SPID, CIE, CPS or CNS credentials.

It is possible to choose up to a maximum of 25 schools where you are available to serve.

Only one question can be sent. Once the application has been submitted, the system will send a receipt via email to the email address indicated in the application.

HOW ATA SUPPLEMENTS ARE ASSIGNED

Schools can use the MAD for school administrative managers after scrolling through the respective school rankings, to assign substitute roles to ATA staff.

The choice of substitute is made by the school director based on the following priority criteria and related bands:

• band 1 – possession of at least 3 years of service (1,095 days) in the RAS or FAS (school administrative officer) profiles + higher qualification;
• band 2 – at least 3 years of service (1,095 days) in the RAS or FAS profiles;
• band 3 – at least 2 years of service (730 days) in the RAS or FAS profiles + higher qualification;
• band 4 – at least 2 years of service (730 days) in the RAS or FAS profiles;
• band 5 – at least 1 year of service (365 days) in the RAS or FAS profiles + higher qualification;
• band 6 – at least 1 year of service (365 days) in the RAS or FAS profiles;
• band 7 – entrance qualification.
