ANCONA – The Police Headquarters of Ancona has issued in the last few hours the prevention measure of the Obligatory Street Sheet against two men, both Italians aged around 40 and 43, both residing in Campania.

The two had been referred some time ago to the Judicial Authority by the Carabinieri Company Command of Ancona as they had been responsible for a theft involving a non-EU citizen near Piazza Ugo Bassi. In particular, it emerged that the two had stable acquaintances among convicted criminals and their presence in the Doric territory was not justified by family or work-related reasons.

On that occasion they had first attempted to defraud the non-EU citizen, aboard a rented car, and subsequently had stolen some of his personal effects.
Also considering their judicial and police precedents, both were considered socially dangerous and for this reason the Police Commissioner issued the Mandatory Street Sheet measure with which he ordered both to leave the territory of the municipality of Ancona with the simultaneous prohibition of return there for 4 years.

The Police Commissioner: “The prevention measure of the Obligatory Street Sheet is a particularly effective measure in combating illegality as it allows us to immediately remove socially dangerous subjects from our territory who have no interest in being stationed and who become perpetrators of illicit conduct capable of generating insecurity among citizens.”
