Since then, this practice has traced the present to design a future of health and wellness for the earth, plants, animals and man by promoting crops without the use of chemical substances and working for the fertility of the land” say the organizers from Demeter Italia.

At the appointment, starting from 10 am, you will be able to get to know the realities of biodynamic agriculture and their production up close. The stands of some Demeter companies will be present: theAcetaia Guerzoni of Concordia sulla Secchia (MO) with balsamic vinegar and grape and apple condiments; L’Ferrarini Monica agricultural company from Mirandola (MO) with bibanesi with onion, garlic and other seasonal vegetables; Three Oaks of San Tomé (RA) with nuts and derivatives; Zad Agro Dynamics from Castel di Casio (BO) with buckwheat waffles, honey, walnuts and the sea buckthorn and honey drink; Ca’ Barleti from Terra del Sole (FC) with vegetables and fruit; Camurein of Reggio Emilia with vegetables, wine and processed foods.

The meeting entitled is scheduled for 11 am “Cultivating becomes culture” which will address the theme of the biodistrict and the social impact on the territory. He will intervene Lucio Cavazzoni, president of the Bolognese Apennines biodistrict. The meeting will follow “Does it make sense to eat biodynamically? 100 years later Demeter is more relevant than ever”. He will address the topic Enrico Zagnoliowner of the agricultural company Zad Agro Dynamics.

The workshop on the farm is scheduled for 12pm “Meet the animals”. Then space for the kitchen with food and wine for the soul and body, one selection of recipes with garden and seasonal ingredients combined with the wines of Al di trova del Fiume. The day will continue in the afternoon, from 2 pm, with a space dedicated to ancient games. It will be held from 3pm to 4pm “The spirit of the trees”, a workshop for children and adults from anthroposophy to listening, playing and meditation in contact with greenery. From 5pm to 6.30pm music and dancing by “Fragole e Tempest” and the group “La Galoppa”.

The party will end with the wait birthday cake for 100 years of biodynamic agriculture.
