Modena, final exams underway for 6 thousand students – Society

For years Lapressa.it has offered free and independent information to its readers without any type of public contribution. Private advertising covers part of the costs, but it is not sufficient. For this reason we ask those who read us and follow us every day to give us, if they wish, a contribution based on their possibilities. Even a small support, multiplied by the tens of thousands of people from Modena and Emilia-Romagna who read us every day, is fundamental.

There will be around 6,000 students from Modena who will take their high school leaving exams from Wednesday 19 June, with the Italian theme, before the two written tests scheduled by the Ministry of Education and Merit.
For the president of the Province «it is a sign of extraordinary hope, knowing that from Wednesday six thousand students will face a challenge that will prepare them for the world of professions, or for new study experiences and which in any case represents a great achievement and a wealth of experience that defines the the backbone of our community of tomorrow. In such a complex historical moment, it is nice to know that our communities continue the work of building new citizens of tomorrow, who complete their studies and begin to “walk on their own two feet” in society. I wish all the girls and boys to give their best and work hard and I am sure that our territory will be able to offer growth opportunities for the future.

Our task – concludes the president of the Province – is to guarantee the best possible conditions so that all talents and potentials find a concrete path in which they can express themselves, because only with fully realized people can our community grow”.
In particular, in the schools of the Modena district, there will be over 2,600 graduating students, around 770 in the Carpi district and over 900 in Sassuolo. The Mirandola district has around 750 high school graduates, while in Vignola there will be 520 and finally there will be around 290 high school graduates in Pavullo and 130 in Castelfranco Emilia.
The final exams will take place starting from Wednesday 19 June at 8.30 am, with the first written test lasting a maximum of six hours. The second written test will be held on Thursday 20 June, followed by oral interviews. The exams will involve all seven Modena school districts, Modena, Carpi, Castelfranco, Mirandola, Pavullo, Sassuolo and Vignola.
