The career of Emmanuel Cascione
Emmanuel Cascione was born in Catanzaro in 1983. He began his career as a footballer in the Fiorentina youth team. His first important experience was abroad with West Ham. He later returned to Italy and began playing for Pistoiese, where his career took off. At the end of his career Cascione matters 400 presences between Serie A, B and C with the shirts of Pistoiese, Cesena, Reggina, Rimini and Pescara. The experience in Abruzzo will be one of the most important of his career, as under the guidance of Zeman, he wins promotion to Serie A with the “dolphins”. He ends his career as a footballer with the Forlì shirt.
After his prestigious career as a professional player, he began his professional adventure as a coach. In succession he was at the helm of the benches of Catholic SM in Serie D, Naples Spring, Sassuolo Under 18 (with which he participates in the 2022 Viareggio Tournament, leading the young neroverdi to the victory of their second title in the competition), Pistoia in Serie D and lastly the Pescara in Serie C, where he returned eleven years after his experience as a footballer.
