Crotone – Three areas of the city and four murals: two nearing completion in via Mastracchi, in the 300 housing district, one in Jesus Fund (READ HERE) with a majestic bust of Pythagorasand one always in instead via Giuseppe Di Vittorioin the Scintilla cooperatives, in front of the “Senator fountains” so to speak.

There are four artists of the project Kriu inside Gulia Urbana who, these days, are at work with their productions. Murals that reflect the territory of Crotone, like the philosopher from Samos who founded his school here, a southern woman immersed in the colors of the south, and the children of the Scintilla cooperative that the Irish artist Aches photographed and chose to represent on the facade of the Crotone building.

An urban art project that until June 6th involves international street artists in the streets of the city of Crotone.

Aches is an Irish artist based in Dublin, specializing in large-scale murals and graffiti.
Born in 1992, he began drawing and painting at a young age and making graffiti at the age of 15.

After graduating from NCAD with a degree in Visual Communications, Aches began blending his knowledge of Graphic Design and Graffiti. Aches has been invited to design and create original artwork for projects around the world, in countries such as Denmark, Hungary, Spain, Sweden, Scotland, Austria, Switzerland, England and the United States and Italy.

After a decade spent painting outdoors, Aches’ artistic practice is equally divided between contemporary murals and studio work.
