“The ‘Juliet’s House’, in the heart of Verona, is the most visited monument in the city. Thousands of tourists go to admire the famous veranda every day; the majority are foreign tourists – the animal rights activists write in a note – It is a privileged point for those who want to spread their ideas. For this reason, on Sunday 2 June, some militants of the Centopercentoanimalisti Movement went to via Cappello, in front of Juliet’s House, with a banner in English to denounce the destructive policy of the Trentino council, against free animals, primarily bears and wolves which have long been targeted by hunters and president Fugatti“.

The action, adds the “Centopercentoanimalisti” association, was welcomed with approval and sympathy by many present, tourists and Veronese.
