ANCONA – He had been served with a deportation order, which stated that he should not return to the municipal territory and instead calmly wandered around the streets of the city in his car with two friends. This is what was discovered this weekend by the police of the capital, who intensified checks in the squares and streets of the centre. Through patrolling the areas, the police discovered him near Corso Stamira in the car, together with two Tunisian compatriots, all between 30 and 40 years old. He was the recipient of a ban from Ancona issued by the Police Commissioner only a few months ago, lasting three years: failure to comply with this ban thus led to the complaint.
Another 25-year-old boy was instead found in possession of approximately 0.30 grams of narcotic substance near Piazza del Papa. What betrayed him was his nervous attitude at the sight of the officers, trying to hide a handcrafted cigarette containing the substance. He also reports for a 40-year-old, burdened by numerous judicial and police precedents. During the night, in fact, the man had a violent argument with his partner and once on site the police discovered that the man was burdened by various prevention measures: oral warning, expulsion order and he was also under special surveillance. Among the obligations that this measure imposes is that of living honestly and respecting the laws, something that the man had disregarded with his attitude. He was therefore taken to the offices in via Gervasoni and reported at large.
