CAMPOBASSO. The Contract Manager Forum in Campobasso at the headquarters of La Molisana SpA, Saturday 15 June.
Thanks to the strong bond with Nicola Baranello di Campobasso, top manager of the Fiat Group and historic Senior Manager of Contract Manager, this year we decided to organize the annual Forum “Let’s meet management excellence in Italy” in the South, in Molise, in Campobasso, Saturday 15 June 2024. A large group of managers from the Contract Manager Senior Team will participate in the Contarct Manager Forum together with entrepreneurs, managers and professionals who operate in Molise.
In previous and recent editions of the Forum, Mario Gasbarrino – former CEO of UNES Supermercati and also from Molise -, who will be present at the meeting, Andrea Pontremoli, CEO of Dallara SpA, Ali Reza Arabnia, President of Gecofin, gave their testimony. SpA and Mario Paterlini, CEO of SAPIO Group. Two managerial “case histories” will be presented, the first is that of the birth and development of an innovative service, “temporary management” launched way back in 1989. Angelo Vergani, founder of Contract Manger srl, pioneer of temporary management in Italy and author of various management publications, will tell us how the idea was born and what the difficulties were in establishing the new service, which is now well known and used by numerous companies in Italy.
Following this, the entrepreneur Giuseppe Ferro, CEO of La Molisana SpA, will present the second “case history”, that is, the story of the rebirth and relaunch of a company that was in serious difficulty. A story of a very successful entrepreneurial relaunch. In fact, in just a few years, Molisana has become one of the most well-known and appreciated brands in the pasta sector in Italy. Today it is the third brand on the market, with an average annual growth of 30%.
The result was obtained thanks to a valid entrepreneurial “vision” and the quality and innovativeness of La Molisana’s products. This unique and original managerial meeting, “Manager in Molise”, was born not only with the aim of carrying out a comparison between managerial “case histories” that can provide managerial ideas and tools to the participants, but also with the aim of making known the naturalistic, architectural and culinary beauties of an extraordinary region like Molise.
