Following investigation activities directed by Public Prosecutor’s Office at the Juvenile Court of Naplesthe State Police of Caserta executed orders for the application of prescriptive measures against two young people.
The investigation of Maddaloni public safety police station, developed following the complaint filed in recent months by the parents of a minor, led to the denunciation of 5 adolescents, between 13 and 16 years old, held responsible for physical aggressions and insults, repeated over time, against one of their peers, with cognitive weaknesses. The violence was captured on video, published on social and in chatcreated specifically to “persecute” the victim.
The investigations brought to light the conduct of the group and only the non-attributability of some of those involved did not allow the issuing of criminal measures, as instead happened for the two young people. This will not exclude, for all those involved, measures of an administrative nature.
The two minors subject to the restrictive penal measures will be forced, in addition to having to return to their homes no later than 10pm every day, not to be able to use social networks and to be able to use the cell phone exclusively under the strict supervision of parents. In particular, they will have to participate in voluntary activities in favor of people with disabilities, which will be indicated by the Social Services of the Municipality.
