Campania Courageous, among those awarded also the mayor of Calvizzano

What an honor, what a satisfaction. Yesterday I received the Campania Coraggiosa award, at the Domus Ars in Santa Chiara, as a Mayor capable of changing his country through art and culture. So it is true that our town, thanks to the murals, the benches, the cultural initiatives and the Calvizzano Festival d’Autore, has become a reference municipality for Campania. We don’t say it. This is certified by a recognition sponsored by the Campania Region and the Municipality of Naples. Together with Calvinzzano, three other municipalities were awarded: Positano, Pimonte and Gragnano. But not only that, law enforcement authorities were also awarded, including the Commander of the Nunziatella School, Colonel Dr. Giuseppe Stellato, the Commander of the Municipal Police of Arzano Dr. Biagio Chiariello, illustrious exponents of the world of medicine, journalism , music, theatre, associations, painting, food, researchers and lawyers.

In short, all the excellences of our region have been awarded this prestigious recognition. I thank the President of the cultural association “Non me Ne Vado” Ferdinando Sorrentino for choosing me among his prize winners. I am honoured, grateful and happy because our model is finally valued, known, appreciated and followed by many parts, by many territories, by many municipalities.
