Despite the difficulties, the Grifoni stood out on the pitch thanks to the presence of captain Mario Pirisi and players Davide Murineddu, Gabriel Viale, Luca Cadeddu, Benedetto Canessa, Hamish Piras and Gabriele Bardino. The participating teams were made up of a total of 12 players, but the Griffins arrived in Sinnai already in an emergency. Despite this, the team showed great character and determination, collecting 15 important points for the general classification.
