ROVIGO – Mad Obstacle Park is organizing a wonderful moment of relaxation and nature for May 1st. Moment dedicated to families and people seeking refreshment away from the chaos of crowded places. A moment to experience at the parkformer Rovigo-Granzette mental hospital, via Chiarugi n. 135.
On the occasion of the party there will be a moment of alternative entertainment for adults and children, dedicated to the well-being of body and mind.
During the morning, in fact, in addition to the possibility of having a picnic with family or friends, lying on the fresh grass, there will be moments dedicated to gentle gymnastics, stretching and physical and mental well-being. Games and entertainment for the little ones. Like every Saturday morning, combined parent-child gymnastics exercises stimulate collaboration between the different generations, encouraging moments of contact and sharing to be experienced, enjoyed and photographed.
Balance courses, joint coordination, jumps and much more.
Moments expressly dedicated to getting closer to OCR will be proposed (Obstacle Course Races, Natural and artificial obstacle races). A sport to be practiced outdoors, away from smog and closed air. A mix of running, joint coordination activities and strength training. All of this, in fact, in a unique natural context.

The event will take place at and only in the permitted spaces of the park and in use by the sports association. It will not be possible to take guided tours and it is strictly forbidden to enter the pavilions of the former mental hospital.
