The situation of interventions related to bad weather in the Lombardy region continues to improve. So far, a total of 790 urgent technical rescue interventions have been carried out, signaling a clear decrease compared to the beginning of the emergency. Currently, around ten interventions are underway in different areas of the region.

– Brescia: 5 interventions
– Como: 90 interventions
– Cremona: 65 interventions
– Lecco: 60 interventions
– Lodi: 100 interventions
– Monza: 104 interventions
– Milan: 237 interventions
– Mantua: 11 interventions
– Pavia: 0 interventions
– Sondrio: 10 interventions
– Varese: 93 interventions
Despite the progress, some critical issues still remain in the municipalities of Gessate and Bellinzago, where the firefighters are operating with various units to resolve ongoing emergencies. To coordinate the rescue operations, there is a Local Command Unit on site. Over the course of the night, forty people were evacuated, some of whom found hospitality in structures set up by local mayors.
