Canicatti Web News -Sicily, 76.7 million from the Region for inclusion allowance

76.7 million euros of the share of the services of the Poverty Fund are arriving, destined for the socio-health districts for the implementation of the inclusion allowance. These are funds that the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies has allocated to Sicily for the Local Implementation Plan (Pal) for the year 2022. The PAL is a model made available to the territories to facilitate the planning and evaluation of interventions within the competence of the social services of the Municipalities and territorial areas in favor of the beneficiaries of the allowance, mainly in implementation of the Pacts for social inclusion. The department, through the regional department for the family and social policies, will support the districts in the planning phase and will evaluate the coherence of the Pals with respect to the regional plan for the fight against poverty 2021-2023.” The resources, which compared to the previous year have increased for Sicily – says the regional councilor for social policies, Nuccia Albano – will contribute not only to the strengthening of the professional social service, but also to the provision of additional services. Furthermore, in developing the PAL 2022 scheme, the department has simplified procedures to facilitate the planning and use of funds.”
