Roberto Alessandrini (in the photo above) will take the place of Massimo Mezzetti in Ago, while the discordant appointment of Tommaso Rotella as vice-presidency of Hera is confirmed. The president of CambiaMo, Silvia Zucchelli, was also identified and Giuliano Barbolini, current president of Ert, was designated as a candidate to be proposed to the general council of the institution on the board of directors of the Emilia-Romagna Teatro Fondazione. For the presidency of Seta, however, we will have to wait for the provincial assembly in the next few days: Alberto Cirelli starts as favourite, supported by Gian Carlo Muzzarelli and is on his way to reconfirmation although he will have to deal with Stefano Ante, supported instead by Francesca Maletti.
A whirlwind of appointments in these last days of the council. Mayor Gian Carlo Muzzarelli communicated this to the Council yesterday and according to rumours, he had agreed with Massimo Mezzetti only on the name of Alessandrini in Ago. As for the rest, there is no comparison.
Going into specifics, it will therefore be Alessandrini, professor of Anthropology and communication at the Salesian Pontifical University, journalist and editorial consultant, who will represent the Municipality of Modena in the Board of Directors of the Ago – Modena Cultural Factories Participation Foundation after resigning from the presidency of Massimo Mezzetti. Already a member of the Steering Committee of Ago, 58 years old, Alessandrini was editorial director of Marietti 1820 and editor-in-chief of Edizioni Dehoniane. Since last year he has also collaborated in the chair of General and Social Pedagogy at the University of Naples Federico II. Graduated in Philosophy, he is also a journalist and author of essays. He will remain in office until the 2026 budget is approved.
For the vice presidency of Hera spa, in view of the company’s meeting scheduled today, the mayor confirmed the designation of the lawyer Tommaso Rotella, while it will be Silvia Zucchelli (in the other photo), 43 years old, graduated in Business Economics, accountant and legal auditor, the new president of the urban transformation company Cambiamo spa. The assignments are for three financial years and free of charge.
The accountant and statutory auditor Giovanni Basile was confirmed on the board of directors of the Democenter Sipe Foundation (free of charge, for three years) after his appointment last year, and for his appointment on the board of directors of the Emilia-Romagna Teatro Fondazione (position free, for four years) was designated as a candidate to be proposed to the General Council of the institution Giuliano Barbolini, current president of Ert. As members of the board of directors of the Casa di Enzo Ferrari Museum Foundation (free positions, for three years), the current president Fabrizio Corsini, 55 years old, lawyer, and the municipal manager Giulia Severi have been designated as candidates to be proposed.

The debate was not scheduled, but Giovanni Bertoldi of the League pointed out that hearings with the councilors would have been appropriate first. However, the Prime Minister Fabio Poggi responded that the hearings were suspended since the electoral rallies had been called, “a national rule shared by everyone in the group leaders”.
