Reggiana always at the forefront for the fans and their needs.

The confirmation comes from the wonderful initiative that will take place on Friday in the home match against Cosenza.

Following up on what was already implemented in the Terni away match, wearing game shirts with the names of the Granata players written in Braille alphabet, the club will test a new audio description service for blind or visually impaired spectators.

For the first time in the Serie B football championship, a special audio track will make the sporting event available to spectators with visual disabilities. An experimental test promoted by Ac Reggiana with the support of the partner company ‘Gis Air Compressors’ and ‘Cmt Translations’ through the ‘Connect me too’ system which allows blind, partially sighted and visually impaired fans to live the sporting experience while still feeling more integral part of the event. Friday’s will be the initial chapter of a new social project that Reggiana will implement next season.

Reggiana’s initiative is a trailblazer for the Italian Serie B and follows the examples of Milan, Inter, Genoa and Lecce and even the Italian national team, as well as Varese in the world of basketball. “We are continuing the path started in February with the Braille t-shirts, a theme that we treat with care and attention as Reggiana aims to do with respect to the various social issues – said the vice president and general manager Vittorio Cattani – This is an activity that will make our matches are an event to be enjoyed to the fullest by everyone.”
