The Naturosa Bike & Co. Ragusa team experienced a Sunday full of successes, with commitments both on the road in Aprilia, in the province of Latina, and on mountain bikes in Randazzo, in the province of Catania. In Aprilia, Aurora Distefano stood out as took second place in the female student category, followed by third place for Federico Occhipinti in the rookie category. The rest of the group, made up of Emmanuel and Angelo Brugaletta, Leonardo Carbonaro, Salvatore Caruso, Corrado Spadaro and Nicolas Tumino, performed excellent team work, demonstrating that they had assimilated the teachings of the sporting director Giampiero Pitino as best as possible. In Randazzo, however , the team obtained a single-color podium in the women’s student category, with Alessia Micieli, Giada Nascondiglio and Erika Boscarino placing first, second and third place respectively. Excellent results were also achieved by Andrea Nascondiglio, Simone Dall’Ara, Matteo Carfì, Alessio Campo and Giorgio Camillieri. Angelo Tumino achieved a good second place in the M3 category. The president of Naturosa Ragusa, Giuseppe Nascondiglio, commented on the stimulating day and thanked all the sponsors who support the team’s project, aimed at growing the cycling movement in the city of Ragusa and beyond.
