The series of great events continues in live streaming on the tuttobiciweb and Ciclismo Live pages: this afternoon we will offer you the third edition of Tour of Franciacortacombined with the Ecotek Grand Prix and the MC Assistance Grand Prix, an appointment on the national calendar of the Under 23 category. Appointment at 3.15 pm to follow, with Stefano Masi’s commentary, the salient phases of the race and the awards ceremony of an eagerly awaited event, which in just three years old it has already become a classic.
The young company from Brescia is confirmed at the helm of the organizing committee Cycling and Fun which refers to president Luigi Braghiniwith him the vice president Giovanni Capoferri, Roberto Vezzoli and the former professional Matteo Bono, four friends and former cyclists who wanted to get involved a couple of years ago, in their land, to propose a new important cycling event and which from a dream has now become a splendid reality which this year was also followed by the birth of a new Junior team, Team Ecotek.

The start of the race will be at 12.55 pm in via Salvella in Rovato, at the MC Assistance headquarters, a short transfer stretch in via Borsellino, at the Ecotek Srl headquarters, where the zero km will be located. The race from Calino, Monterontondo and Camignone will move into the heart of Franciacorta where in Monticelli Brusati a circuit of just under 11 kilometers will begin, to be repeated ten times with the climb in Casotte moving the race along. Once the first circuit is finished, the race will enter the second circuit of 7.1 kilometers to be repeated twice and with the Mountain Grand Prix of via Panoramica in Monticelli acting as the focal point of the race. Once the circuit part is over, the finale includes the return to Rovato, where the finish line will be in via Borsellino, expected around 4.45 pm, near the Ecotek Srl headquarters. The overall route will measure 149.6 kilometres.
The organizing company Cycling and Fun today announced the list of 180 athletes registered for the race representing some of the best teams in the Italian Elite and Under 23 and Continental panorama and also confirmed foreign participation with teams representing Switzerland, Holland and Ukraine , Principality of Monaco and San Marino.
The home team, Gallina Lucchini Ecotek, will be looking for an encore, featuring Edoardo Gavazzi, Andrea De Marchi, Davide Basso, Manuel Franzoni, Mattia Piccini and Cristian Calzaferri.
Fresh from the double scored at the Rome Liberation Grand Prix, the winner Davide Donati and the second-placed Andrea Montoli will be competing, who together with Nicolò Arrighetti, Nicolò Pettiti, Tommaso Dati, Filip Gruszcznski will represent the other battleship from Brescia, Biesse Carrera.
Rime Drali will field, among others, Sebastiano Minoia, Edoardo Alleva and Alessandro Cattani.
Samuel Kajamini, Lorenzo Nespoli and Matteo Ambrosini is the trident of forwards fielded by MbhBank Colpack Ballan.
Uc Trevigiani Energiapura Marchiol will present itself with Marco Di Bernardo, Gianmarco Carpene and Edoardo Zamperini.
Also worth keeping an eye on are Samuele Scappini of Beltrami TSA Tre Colli, Lorenzo Peschi of General Store – Essegibi – F.lli Curia and the Mexicans of the Monex Pro Cycling Team.
