But to keep Stasi’s magical circus going you need money, a lot of money. How to do them? Easy, just don’t pay the gas and electricity bills for municipal offices and schools. So many that they have amassed a debt of over 5 million euros, as the last two documents certify. The first concerns an injunctive decree received at Palazzo Bianchi via the Court of Rome by Banca Sistema SPA which we invite the citizens of Corigliano-Rossano to view. Hundreds and hundreds of unpaid invoices starting from 2020 for a total of 3,698,049.09 euros, almost three million seven hundred thousand euros. The decree dates back to September 2023.
Another 1,558,920.58 million were liquidated with resolution no. 32 of 12 March 2024 but apparently unpaid and concern Hera Comm srl invoices relating “to the energy consumption of properties and municipal services”.
Total? 5,255,940.2! Over five million two hundred and fifty thousand euros of intentionally unpaid bills!
Explained like this, panem et circenses, concerts worth 600 thousand euros, concerts, summer billboards worth two million euros, asphalted roads and private areas, without these improvised wretches who have run away from home paying the price. However, we hope that the Public Prosecutor’s Office can clarify all this.

Those cartridges date back to last September and another seven months have passed since then. There are those who say that to date the total debts reached amount to 8 million euros. We, for our own good as citizens of Corigliano-Rossano, do not want to believe it. Only a madman would be willing to ruin a city of 80,000 inhabitants for vulgar and shameful personal interests.
We are certain that the sole administrator will answer us that he is paying the debts of the past, but he does not consider that he was the richest mayor in history, with economic resources that his predecessors could only have dreamed of, almost forced into debt but in twenty years to make ends meet. He was the best of all, he produced a mountain of debt in just a few years despite the enormous liquidity also resulting from the merger. Compliments!
