The Carabinieri in the Municipality for new acquisitions of documents. This time it is the topic relating to Summer festival.
The men of the commander of the Investigative Unit of the Avellino Carabinieri Gianluca De Vivo have taken new documents at the disposal of the magistrate Vincenzo Toscano who is investigating various lines of inquiry relating to public tenders in the capital municipality.
At the moment the mayor is registered in the register of suspects Gianluca Festa and several entrepreneurs as well as some municipal officials.
The hypotheses of crime on which the investigation is developing are those of auction rigging, abuse of office, corruption and criminal association.
