After four years of work being stopped, the Municipality has started the search for a new company to complete the renovation of the gym in the San Felice district. To be precise, a market survey has been launched to collect expressions of interest for the completion of the works that had been delivered to the Consorzio stabile Energos in June 2020 for a contractual amount of over 1 million euros and were never completed. Leaving an open-air construction site that has already been the subject of numerous complaints from residents for the accumulation of dirt in the surrounding area, right behind the nursery school which was instead completed on schedule.
The amount of work still to be carried out is equal to 993,274, excluding VAT, of which 699,630 for the execution of the works, 274,157 for labor and 19,481 for safety costs not subject to reduction. The time required to complete the works included in the contract is set at 160 days from the date of the delivery report.
Based on the applications received by 8 July, the Municipality will choose the company on the basis of a negotiated procedure. gb
