Ludivine Daoudifar-right candidate in the first constituency of Calvados in Normandy, was forced to retreat. In the last few hours in fact, as revealed by France Blue Normandya photo has been circulated in which he is wearing a non-commissioned officer’s hat Nazi Luftwaffe with a swastika.

The photo dates back to years ago and was published online by the opponent Emma Sheathcandidate for the Nouveau Front Populaire in the legislative elections. “Ludivine Daoudi,” reads the post on X that accompanies the screenshot, “has disappeared since the beginning of the campaign. Looking at her social networks, it is easier to understand why. On July 7, not a single vote for these filthy fascists.”

Daoudi, in the first round on June 30, had obtained 19.95% of the votes and had come in behind the Republican mayor of Caen. Joel Bruneau (43.11%) and to the candidate of the New Popular Front Emma Fourreau (34.82%).
