The dancer and former student first of Raimondo Todaro and then of Emanuel Lo he recounted the most significant moments of his journey, from the beginning of the program to the Evening:
It was incredible, I didn’t expect to get in because I saw that the others were way ahead of me. Raimondo gave me this opportunity and I thank him. My winning key? I regret the fact that I was sure of what I wanted to do, I didn’t think too much, I threw myself… I believed I could do it. I never gave up. This adventure was different than I imagined. It’s a real school, you study a lot. It was harder than expected.

A’incredible experience which, however, was marked by an unexpected team change. For those who don’t know, just before the start of the evening show Friends, Nicholas moved from Todaro’s team to Emanuel Lo’s team thus also breaking that bond born in talent show by Maria De Filippi with the Latin professional. The boy told what really happened and revealed how things stand between them today:
At Amici something had broken with Raimondo and I decided to change teams. One step away from the evening, I lost the support that I must say had been there until that day. Raimondo was super present up until that moment and he encouraged me. I no longer even hoped to earn the evening shirt. I was sorry that I no longer had his consent and I wanted to leave school. Then Emanuel arrived, he stopped me and asked me to join his team. It was difficult and I had a thousand doubts. To date, Raimondo and I have not spoken or even met. Instead I heard from Emanuel, I thanked him for the opportunity, but in reality I also thank Raimondo. Also because at the beginning he was the one who chose me and let me in. I hope the message didn’t get across that I wasn’t grateful to Raimondo, on the contrary. So we’ll see if we hear from each other in the future and clarify.
Nicholas Borgogni reveals anecdote about Maria De Filippi
After clarifying his position on Raymond, Nicholas he let go revealing a anecdote about Maria De Filippi. The dancer revealed that, during his stay at the school, the presenter he called all the students at 2 in the morning. The reason? He wanted to make sure everyone was okay after the singer’s unexpected decision Holden to leave the program:
She is a great woman! She was present with everyone. There was one episode in particular that made me think a lot. One day she called us at half past 2 in the morning and I thought “how much she must love her job to do something like that”. She could delegate or think about it the next day, but no, she wanted to connect with us immediately. Holden decided to drop out and then came back. This was destabilizing for some. She is a hard worker and we are all grateful to this woman.
