State-Regions Conference
Agreement, pursuant to article 53, paragraph 3, of legislative decree 3 July 2017, n. 117, on the draft decree of the Minister of Labor and Social Policies for the distribution of resources for the management of the RUNTS offices – Years 2023 and 2024.
Opinion, pursuant to point 2 of the CIPESS resolution of 28 January 2015, n. 10, on the proposal to reprogram the Complementary Operational Program (POC) Legality 2014-2020.
Opinion, pursuant to article 2, paragraph 3, of legislative decree 28 August 1997, n. 281, on the draft legislative decree implementing Directive (EU) 2022/431 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 9 March 2022, which amends Directive 2004/37/EC on the protection of workers against the risks deriving from exposure to carcinogenic or mutagenic agents at work.
Understanding, pursuant to article 1, paragraph 640, of law 28 December 2015, n. 208, and article 1, paragraphs 140 and 144, of law 11 December 2016, n. 232, as well as the ruling of the Constitutional Court of 7 March 2018, n. 74, on the draft decree of the Minister of Infrastructure and Transport, in agreement with the Minister of Culture and the Minister of Tourism, containing “Amendments to the decree of the Minister of Sustainable Infrastructure and Mobility, in agreement with the Minister of Culture and the Minister of Tourism, 12 January 2022, n. 4”. PNRR measure M2C2- I 4.1 – sub investment. 4.1.1 – Tourist cycle paths.
Agreement, pursuant to Article 1, paragraph 640, of Law No. 208 of 28 December 2015, and Article 1, paragraphs 140 and 144, of Law No. 232 of 11 December 2016, as well as the ruling of the Constitutional Court No. 74 of 7 March 2018, on the draft decree of the Minister of Infrastructure and Transport, in agreement with the Minister of Culture and the Minister of Tourism, containing “Allocation and distribution of resources under current legislation intended for the implementation of cycle path interventions belonging to the National System of Tourist Cycle Paths”.
Opinion, pursuant to article 2, paragraph 3, of legislative decree 28 August 1997, n. 281, on the draft legislative decree concerning the implementation of Directive (EU) 2023/958 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 10 May 2023, as well as Directive (EU) 2023/959 of 10 May 2023 and the Decision (EU) 2015/1814 of 6 October 2015.
Unified Conference
Agreement, pursuant to article 5 of the legislative decree of 6 December 2011, n. 201, converted, with amendments, by law 22 December 2011, n. 214, and the ruling of the Constitutional Court of 19 December 2012, n. 297, on the draft decree of the President of the Council of Ministers, on the proposal of the Minister of Labor and Social Policies, in agreement with the Minister of Economy and Finance, containing “Amendments to the decree of the President of the Council of Ministers of 5 December 2013, n. 159, containing the Regulation concerning the revision of the methods of determination and fields of application of the Indicator of the Equivalent Economic Situation (ISEE)”.
Opinion, pursuant to article 9, paragraph 3, of legislative decree 28 August 1997, n. 281, on the conversion into law of the decree-law of 31 May 2024, n. 71, containing “Urgent provisions regarding sports, educational support for students with disabilities, for the regular start of the 2024/2025 school year and regarding universities and research”.
Opinion, pursuant to article 9, paragraph 3, of legislative decree 28 August 1997, n. 281, on the conversion into law of the decree-law of 29 May 2024, n. 69, containing “Urgent provisions regarding building and urban planning simplification”.
Agreement, pursuant to article 1, paragraph 3, of the legislative decree of 8 September 2021, n. 120, containing “Provisions to combat forest fires and other urgent civil protection measures”, converted, with amendments, by law 8 November 2021, n. 155, on the draft decree of the President of the Council of Ministers for the distribution, pursuant to article 1, paragraph 474, of law 30 December 2021, n. 234, of the resources of the Fund referred to in article 1, paragraph 473 of the same law, relating to the 2023 annuity.
Opinion, pursuant to article 9, paragraph 3, of legislative decree 28 August 1997, n. 281, on the conversion into law of the decree-law of 11 June 2024, n. 76, containing “Urgent provisions for post-disaster reconstruction, for civil protection interventions and for the holding of major international events”.
