The Apulian sea also provided a constant wind from the North on the final day, slightly lighter than the previous days, around 12 knots with a few gusts just above strong and always formed wave, typical of this race course.

The Italian Altura Edison Next 2024 therefore closes with the fully respected program of 8 tests in four days. Thanks to the weather conditions but also to the organization of the Circolo della Vela Brindisi and the Regatta Committee.

It was not only a beautiful event with many races, it was also a difficult championship, with the pursuit of the Italian titles that engaged the crews and technicians. There were no shortage of divergent assessments regarding the weather data at the basis of the calculations of the rankings with compensated times, and the comparisons between the Race Committee, the Technical Committee and the competing teams, always with mutual respect for the roles.
