GENOA – Ligurian cuisine takes flight with Dinner in the sky. Everything is ready for the Genoese stage of restaurant in the clouds which offers diners the opportunity to have lunch, dinner or sip an aperitif 50 meters highmaking its debut in Liguria.

From 24th to 30th June the attraction will land at Ancient Port of Genoa, in an exceptional location: piazzale Mandraccio, with its splendid seafront and very tall palm trees, a place surrounded by history, natural views, traditions and monuments, a perfect stage for large events.

In a fairytale setting, suspended between the blue of the sea and the blue of the skydominating the suggestive Genoese waterfront from above while the gaze is lost on the horizon, it will be possible to choose between five types of event in different time slots: breakfast (10.00 am); lunch (1.00 pm); aperitif (4.00 pm); aperitif dinner (5.30pm and 6.45pm) and dinner at sunset (8.00pm). All combined with a proposal of fine dining of the highest quality, capable of combining tradition and innovation.

For the occasion, the great excellences of Genoese catering will spread their wings to offer diners an unforgettable gastronomic experience. It starts with breakfast, with carefully prepared sweet and savory options by chef Francesco Crocco of the Poldo pastry shop, which will bring great classics such as Genoese focaccia and canestrelli to the mountains. For the menus of lunches, aperitifs, aperitifs and dinners, the chefs of six of the most renowned and well-known restaurants in the area will take to the field: The Cook Restaurant with Ivano Ricchebono; San Giorgio Restaurant with Samuele Di Murro; Marin with Marco Visciola; Broad Side with Andrea Altamura; Trattoria called Bruxaboschi; Glam Fish with Jefferson Farias & Hiroshan.
