Fiat Pandina, the first rumors on the price and features

Fiat continues its range update programme. Among the new features arriving is the new Fiat Pandina, a special series ready to debut on the market in parallel with a complete update of the A-segment of the Italian company, which will adapt to the new EU regulations in terms of safety. While waiting for the commercial launch, some rumors are starting to circulate online about the New Fiat Panda range and the new special Pandina version. In particular, the previews concern the price of the model.

Two setups and a special version

The range of the New Fiat Panda will be divided into four different versions. In fact, there are two versions coming soon, Classic and Classic with Pack City, in addition to the special version Pandina, already revealed last February by the Italian company. For the entire range there will be the 1.0 70 HP engineequipped with system 12V mild hybrid. This engine, now a point of reference in the Panda range for several years, will be the only option available to customers. The new version of Fiat’s city car, in fact, will not have other engines (there will no longer be the Panda LPG).

Fiat has now also said goodbye to the Panda 4×4. We remind you that the New Panda will soon be joined by a great innovation for the Fiat range: the Italian company, in fact, has anticipated the debut of the New Fiat Grande Panda, a 3.99 meter B-segment model that will arrive on the market with the possibility of using an electric variant as well as a hybrid one. The current Panda, in any case, will continue to be a reference on the Italian and European market. Production has been extended until 2029: the A segment produced in Pomigliano d’Arco, therefore, will become one of the longest-lasting models in the history of Fiat and in the world of motoring.

Prices

The New Fiat Panda should arrive on the market with a starting price list from 15,900 euros. This is an indicative value: Fiat will most likely make a launch offer available to users which will allow them to reduce actual spending. This version, corresponding to the Classic trim level, will include all the mandatory ADAS in addition to the 7-inch digital instrument panel and rear parking sensors.

There will also be the Pandina logo, both inside and outside. Furthermore, for the most demanding customers, Fiat will make the version available Classic with Pack City which will be offered at the price of 16,550 euros adding, compared to the basic version, also Cruise Control, the radio with 5-inch display and steering wheel controls and some extra elements such as electronically adjustable and heated mirrors.

As an option, a five-seater configuration can be added. The range will be completed with Pandina version, setup (which could also be a special series) with Cross Look, LED daytime running lights, fog lights, Uconnect radio with 7-inch display, DAB, Bluetooth and Android Auto and Car Play support. The equipment of this setup will also include the rain and twilight sensor. Furthermore, inside there will be seats in Sequal. The price of this version will be 18,900 euros. All the information reported above is yet to be officially confirmed. The launch of the Pandina could take place during next July.
