The five-door from the Spanish company, in fact, was designed to reflect the brand’s DNA, ambitions and dynamism, with the aim of carving out an important share within the segment to become more successful than ever. And theopening of orders it is the start of the new path undertaken by Cupra with a model known by all and which, however, in the new guise of 2024, embraces a future that appeals to everyone thanks also to competitive prices.
Cupra Leon, a model to achieve new successes
Designed, developed and produced in Barcelona, at the brand’s headquarters in Martorell, Cupra Leon has had a new look, returning to the market with a new look and many new features. Redesigned and improved to follow the success of the brand, Leon has a different look, capable of exciting and communicating its strong and sporty soul at first sight.
The shark nose front and LED matrix headlights with triangular light signature, in fact, are the new elements introduced to increasingly underline the Cupra DNA, with strong and determined linesand which then lead to the V-shaped design of the tailgate, which integrates with the upper ribs coming from the sides. With the lighting technology, then, a touch of elegance and refinement has been given for a model that wants to amaze everyone right from the outside.
However, it is by opening the door that you immerse yourself in the Cupra experience, with a car that welcomes you with a dynamic light ceremony that illuminates the front and rear of the car, projecting the logo onto the ground. The racing steering wheel with levers and start button and driving mode selection to maximize control and improve the driving experience, comfort and stability of the sports or enveloping seatsthe digital architecture and the completely renewed choices of materials are details that make you think of a higher level car.
However, the Cupra Leon is also much smarter, with the interior offering a Hmi (Human Machine Interface) too improved. Digitalisation, in fact, is at the center of the driver’s attention, with a digital cockpit behind the steering wheel and a larger 12.9-inch infotainment system with a backlit slider. The App Bar of the infotainment system has been improved thanks to the introduction of widgets and a specific climate bar, making the interface easier to use for the user. The climate control is seamlessly integrated into the head unit screen, making all the vehicle’s functions and assistants accessible with just one click, combining digital and physical interactions.
Prices of the new Leon
And for the new Cupras, both in the Leon and Leon Sportstourer versions, the company has communicated the new price list that makes customers enticed. Versions featuring the 1.5 Hybrid 150 HP DSG and 2.0 TDI 150 HP DSG engines are currently available with deliveries expected from the end of June 2024.
Prices for the versions that can be ordered of the Cupra Leon with 1.5 Hybrid 150 HP DSG engine they leave from 36,000 euros for the version 5 doors and from 37,100 euros for the version Sportstourer. Thanks to Cupra Way formula 24 monthsAmong other things, the new Leon can be ordered in the versions with the 1.5 Hybrid 150 HP DSG engine, starting from 245 euros per month with a down payment of 2,500 euros (TAN 3.95%, APR 5.05%) and state eco-incentives. The installment instead rises starting from 295 euros per month, with a deposit of 6,800 euros (TAN 3.95%, APR 5.07%) for the Sportstourer version.
